September 2002

I trust you have had some opportunity to travel, meet with friends, or at least have a bit of a change from your usual routine over the summer weeks.

As a Church, we are preparing for the busy, and we trust fruitful, autumn months, Practically, we are very grateful to Church members who have been working on turning the rear garden of the Church into a paved, seated and plant potted area.

In the Church programme we are very pleased to welcome Pastor Andrew Castle, who will be sharing in the life of the Church over the next six months. Pastor Andrew is leading our activities on the weekend of 7th and 8th, which includes an Awayday in Brentwood. He is also due to lead an envisioning meeting at the Church on the 18th.

Sadly we say farewell to our Youth Pastor, Jason Ankers, who is returning to Regents College to finish his final year of training. We pray for his studies and also hope to see more of him again in the future. Please also pray for our youth team as we seek to lead the youth work on.

One of our aims as a Church is to see each person being helped to become more fully the person they were born to be. May this be your experience in an increasing way this month.

Serving you in His Service

Pastor Paul
