We are now well into the season of Lent and heading towards Easter, the heart of the Christian Gospel. The message that God has loved the world so much that He was willing to send His own Son to earth to live, die and rise again to open a way for all who believe to have life now and everlasting.

As a Church we are glad to not only declare the truth of the Gospel, but also with the Lord’s help seek to live out the verse He has given us for this year.

“Let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven.” Matt.5

I look forward to sharing with you as we host our Lent Lunch, hold Sunday Gospel specials, including a return of “Heaven Scent” – Christian singers from West End Shows, Easter specials including an event in Pelly Court and a Fellowship Supper at the Church. Plus much more in the Church, local Schools, Epping and North Weald.

Together, let us with prayer and action – “SHINE THE LIGHT”.
