In our society we are seeing much that causes concern. Jesus said a true statement - "In this world you will have tribulation!", yet if we have faith he was able to give a promise to all who believed. "But be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world." Through Faith in Him, not only need the world and life, not have to overcome us, instead we can experience a life that rises above and is lived fully despite the challenges we face.
As ever this month is a month of Faith in Action, by word and action seeking to live out the life of faith. I am especially pleased to be welcoming a team of students from Bible College who will be working with us. They are each studying at Regent's Theological College in Cheshire, preparing for Christian ministry. We look forward to sharing with them over two weeks in mid May. Many thanks to all those who are providing them with accommodation and meals!
